​SIRIS LLC, a CVE-verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business with a strong reputation in construction management services, proudly announces its acquisition of Commanders Concepts Commissioning (CCCxA) and the formation of SIRIS Cx. This strategic partnership unites two high-performing, veteran-owned firms under a shared vision of excellence, commitment, and service, promising clients a more robust, scalable, and efficient service offering.

Jim Seckel, PE, CEM, CXA, CBCP, SIRIS' Commissioning Director will lead Commissioning efforts. Dr. Rich Diddams, DBA, CxA is also joining the leadership team, ensuring continuity, integrity, and a seamless transition for clients. Jim Seckel, PE, CEM, CXA, CBCP brings more than 24 years of technical and leadership experience in the building commissioning industry, with roots in the industry that predate the popularization and widespread acceptance of commissioning as a service. SIRIS Cx aims to deliver even more impactful commissioning solutions to a broader range of projects, with a particular focus on federal, healthcare, and cultural facilities. Both companies have long served the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and share a commitment to providing exceptional services to clients who prioritize quality, efficiency, and mission-focused results.

The acquisition of Commanders Concepts Commissioning, under the leadership of Dr. Rich Diddams, brings additional expertise to the table, particularly in mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), fire protection, and security systems. With an engineering background and a storied career in the military—including receiving a Bronze Star with "V" for Valor and the Purple Heart—Rich Diddams has consistently demonstrated a passion for raising the bar in service quality and operational excellence.
